Project Overview:
EDI-Dolejs served as Engineer of Record for the new 20,000-square-foot Oconto Falls Fire & Rescue Station, providing comprehensive engineering services for a facility designed to support emergency response, training, and daily operations. The station includes six drive-through apparatus bays, turnout gear and equipment storage, an SCBA room, training and meeting spaces, offices, a kitchen, and conference and exercise rooms.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems include high-efficiency condensing boilers with in-floor radiant heating, energy-efficient LED lighting, emergency generator power, fire protection, security and card access, surveillance, communications, and data infrastructure.
