Project Overview:
EDI-Dolejs provided comprehensive engineering design services for the new 52,000-square-foot Bad River Health and Wellness Center, an integrated medical clinic and community wellness facility. The center brings together clinical care, recreation, rehabilitation, and traditional healing with spaces including a gymnasium, walking track, natatorium and pool, aquatic therapy, exercise and rehabilitation areas, community rooms, traditional medicine and smudging spaces, and a full-service medical clinic.
Engineering systems include high-efficiency condensing boilers, in-floor radiant heating, energy recovery, and integration with an on-site solar array, along with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, data communications, and security systems.
