Project Overview:

EDI served as the mechanical and electrical Engineer of Record for the renovation and expansion of the existing Winona County Office Building. The 47,000-square-foot facility was updated to accommodate the County’s Community Health, Human Services, and Veterans Service departments, as well as the County Data Center.

The design incorporated sustainable, high-efficiency building systems to improve occupant comfort, indoor air quality, energy performance, water conservation, and overall facility reliability.
