Project Overview:
EDI-Dolejs provided the engineering design for the fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, data, security, and courtroom audio-visual systems for this three-story Justice Center. Prominently located at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 169, the facility includes a state-of-the-art jail with a design capacity of 194 beds, four courtrooms stacked directly above the jail, and supporting spaces for State and County Probation and various county departments. The project incorporates energy-efficient MEP systems, a fully integrated security electronics system for jail control, and modern courtroom audio-visual and electronics systems.
