Location: Duluth, Minnesota

Project Overview:

The Fond du Lac Center for American Indian Resources (CAIR) expanded its healthcare facility to approximately three times the size of its previous location to better serve the local Native American community. The 40,000-square-foot facility provides expanded medical and behavioral health services while supporting the organization’s existing medical care, pharmacy, radiology, and laboratory programs.

The expanded center also accommodates occupational and physical therapy, adult and adolescent chemical dependency treatment, and behavioral therapy, bringing a broad range of healthcare services together in one facility designed to meet growing community needs.
