Location: Eagan, Minnesota
Project Overview:
EDI-Dolejs provided engineering services for the new 3,700-square-foot Eagan Postal Credit Union facility, designed to support the organization’s business operations while emphasizing energy efficiency and long-term operational savings.
During design, our team evaluated multiple heating and cooling options, including packaged rooftop equipment, boiler/chiller systems, and geothermal technology. Although geothermal required the greatest initial investment, its significant energy-saving potential led to its selection for the facility. The completed building incorporates an integrated geothermal system along with energy-efficient lighting, building automation, and other high-performance systems designed to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
